New media – new quality?

Success of Learning Management Systems and e-learning courses via Internet were often overrated - many companies and institutions banking on it had to pay course fee. It was clear to us right from the beginning: A new kind of learning should first be introduced to people. This process also means showing how E-Learning and other media can complement each other ideally. As one of the pioneers, we had successfully executed a tele-learning project in 1996 in cooperation with the labour office. Consequently, with our extensive experience, we will meaningfully implement training contents using didactical media. One thing can already be predicted: The right media combination is very crucial here. Which knowledge should be imparted? Who should utilize this knowledge? In a particular field, which strengths can particularly be used by a certain media? These are Questions for which Christiani has an answer.

Our extensive know-how in conducting examinations is in demand, nationally and internationally. We want to further expand this field and present ourselves as provider of these services internationally also. For this, we have already set some strategic courses. The integration of the company, Berg Communications, a specialist in the field of examinations using computers, adds this service to our wide product range. Thus we offer a wide and innovative service spectrum with years of experience in this field, which is unique in its feature.

Partner of vocational training – all over Europe

Europeanization of vocational training will progress in the coming years. The aim here is to place the professional training degrees on par with the European level. We want to be the most important partner for this field in Europe. Our products are in currently available in several languages and the Christiani website is available in German, English, Spanish and French - quite international. Many of our cooperation partners from the industry demand our international presence. We regard this task as a challenge as well as a major opportunity for our organisation. The first step towards this objective is our office in Spain, established in 2005.


Christiani - successful in international markets

We have already sold technical training systems to USA, China, Brazil and many other countries in the world; We train delegations from Malaysia in the field of 'dual training system and examinations'; in Lebanon we have a merger with a world bank project, which pertains to the form of an examination system (database, development). These are only some examples from our international work.
In view of several discussions in Germany pertaining to the dual training system, we are amazed at how well this system is appreciated abroad. We should openly express our opinion and demonstrate the clear advantages of the dual system as against the competing systems. Germany is after all the 'world champion' in exports, and 'Made in Germany' still stands for quality and technically innovative products. This outstanding position can be achieved only with qualified employees. Even organisations, who produce abroad, know the problems of getting well trained specialised personnel locally according to German standard.
